Our Vision

To build genuine relationships based on the love of God while living transparently in Christ.

At Grant United Methodist Church you will immediately feel the love of the people for God and for their neighbors.  We live for Jesus Christ by building relationships with all those who God brings into our lives.  We are not perfect people, we are ordinary folks that are learning together what it means to love God with all our heart, mind and strength and loving our neighbor as ourselves. ​

Grant UMC Core Values

Christ Likeness-We strive to live a life like Jesus Christ.  We realize we are all on this spiritual journey together, we make mistakes, but we try to learn from our mistakes as God's Spirit transforms us to be more like God's Son.
Personal Relationships-We believe that we are becoming the disciples Christ has called us to be through time in prayer, discovering and using our Spiritual gifts, being present in people's lives, by living life together and being in an accountability group like a Bible study and/or Growth Group.
Accountable to Christ-We understand that God brings relationships to us, we are learning to notice they are Holy relationships and to try to work out differences in a Christ like manner.
Open Heart-We strive to be kind and open to all people who are different and have differing opinions and theological views.  Christ welcomed all, we need to as well.
